Among all team members, the standout achievements were my three record-setting sales—totaling over $258,000 in revenue—which not only topped the department's transaction ledger but also highlighted how my strategic, client-focused approaches outpaced peer performance. While the rest of the team contributed solid wins, these projects set the bar for scale and innovation. Here's a closer look at the top three:
The #1 sale of the year was a full-home extruded aluminum window and door package totaling $94,373.51. This comprehensive replacement featured all-casement, thermally broken extruded aluminum windows paired with matching heavy-duty aluminum entry doors, providing slim sightlines, exceptional durability, and a sharp modern look for a high-end residence in northern New Jersey. Taking the #2 spot and still holding the record as the single largest deck board sale in company history was a $93,311.80 PVC decking project covering roughly 2,700 square feet. This expansive one-level pool surround showcased fully capped PVC decking with a hyper-realistic wood-grain appearance, finished with black aluminum privacy fence posts for a clean, contemporary boundary.
