Michael Drohan's Portfolio

Director specializing in customer experience, project management, strategic planning, and driving growth.

About

I have a consistent record of delivering outsized, profitable growth and building top-performing teams.

I earned my promotion to Director through a 79% personal sales surge, followed that with a personal 41% profit increase in 2025, and then led my department to a 16% year-over-year gross profit gain in 2025.

That drive started young: running neighborhood businesses, earning Eagle Scout, captaining sports teams, and working multiple jobs through high school and college. At Houghton University I studied graphic design, where I developed both creativity and technical mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Excel, and Salesforce—tools I still use to craft winning presentations and build custom systems that cut quoting time in half and drive bigger deals.

My core strengths are blending strategic insight with relentless execution: reading markets early, designing scalable processes, creating tools that remove bottlenecks, developing talent, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. The outcome is always the same—record growth, landmark wins, and sustained double-digit profit gains.

I’m passionate about delivering exceptional results and am always ready for the next big challenge.

Our home is small and about 70 years old and came with many design challenges. It was also very challenging finding the right contractor. From the moment we walked into Monk’s showroom, we knew we were in the right place. Mike designed us a beautiful kitchen and bath. They were very professional, courteous, patient, had great solutions and ideas. Jason was very helpful estimating the labor and came up suggestions that guided us in the right direction. He went above and beyond managing our project. He said it would take 4 weeks and to our amazement, it only took four weeks. They did a beautiful job. The punch list was minimal and resolved by the last day. There were no hidden costs. There were minimal extras and the costs were agreed upon upfront. I would recommend Monk’s to anyone. My only regret is I do not have more work to give them.
