41% YoY Profit Increase in 2025

In 2025 I closed the year with personal gross sales of $526,141.81, a 41% increase over 2024’s $373,510.58. This explosive result stands in stark contrast to the prior year, when growth was only 3% (from $361,389.41 in 2023 to $373,510.58 in 2024).

The turnaround from near-stagnation to the strongest year of my career was driven by my core product categories: windows, doors, decking, railing, and flooring. Windows remained my highest-performing category by a wide margin, followed closely by premium decking and railing packages. Among the standout wins was the single largest deck board sale in company history—a complete outdoor living transformation that set a new internal benchmark.

The broader industry context underscores the magnitude of this performance. In 2024, high interest rates and cautious consumer spending kept most home improvement salespeople flat or marginally up; my own 3% gain that year already outperformed the majority of the field.

Everything shifted in 2025. Declining mortgage rates unlocked two years of pent-up exterior renovation demand, while record home equity gave owners the confidence and cash to invest in high-value projects. I placed myself squarely in the path of that wave by focusing on full exterior replacements—large multi-opening window packages, statement-making entry door systems with sidelites, expansive composite deck and railing builds, and whole-home luxury flooring upgrades. Offering a peace-of-mind partnership eliminated the last hurdle for many homeowners who had been waiting on the sidelines for a company they could trust.

The result was a complete breakout: 41% personal growth built on bigger average deals, higher close rates on premium products, and the strongest pipeline I have ever carried into a new year. With rates still accommodative, equity levels near all-time highs, and exterior remodeling demand showing no signs of slowing, the momentum heading into 2026 is stronger than ever.
