In 2025, my personal average sale per customer in sales skyrocketed 54% year-over-year, from $1,750 in 2024 to a record $2,695. This leap was the highest in my career and directly contributed to my explosive 41% overall sales growth to $526,141.81.

The surge reflected a deliberate shift toward bundling high-margin exterior solutions: comprehensive window and door packages, expansive decking and railing builds, and full-home flooring upgrades. Standout projects—like my #1 departmental sale at $94,373.51 for all-casement aluminum windows and doors—drove larger ticket sizes by emphasizing premium, energy-efficient products that addressed homeowner demands for durability and low maintenance.

Amid declining mortgage rates and booming home equity, this focus not only boosted per-customer revenue but also lifted close rates on multi-category deals. As Director, I reinforced this through targeted training on upselling techniques and my custom Excel quoting tool, which streamlined proposals for bigger scopes.

This 54% uplift solidified our market leadership and set a new benchmark for client value in windows, doors, decking, and railing.
